Chicken Burger Stuffed with Mango  Baked Fries & Corn on Cob

Chicken burger stuffed with Mango:


  • 2 breast chicken 

  • 2 cups cilantro 

  • 2 cups green onion 

  • 2 cups parsley 

  • 5 clove garlic 

  • 1 hot pepper 

  • 2 cups oatmeal 

  • 3 tablespoon ginger 

  • 2 tablespoon Cumin 

  • 2 Tablespoon black pepper 

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 

  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce 

  • 2 tablespoon cento pesto sauce basil 

  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce 

  • Salt as preferred  


Stuffing for the Chicken Burger:



  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped 

  • 1 cup cilantro chopped 

  • 2 mangoes cut into small pieces 

  • 1 red onion chopped 

  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 

  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce 

  • 2 tablespoon cento pesto sauce basil  

  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce 

  • Salt as preferred



Chicken Burger: 

Cut the chicken breast into 2-inch pieces with a knife. 

Take the cut chicken pieces inside the food processor bowl by having the steel blade to be chopped.

Full the food processor 1/2 full of the chicken pieces. Run the food processor continuously for 2 minutes or until the chicken is fully ground.

Take the ground meat out of the food processor into a bowl and repeat the process until all the chicken is done.

Add the cilantro, green onion, parsley, garlic, ginger, and hot pepper in the food process let it run for 2 minutes or until all the ingredient is blended, then add it to ground chicken mixture and mix well. 

Add the oatmeal, Cumin, black pepper, and salt to the chicken mix, then add balsamic vinegar, hoisin sauce, cento pesto sauce basil, and hot sauce, mix well


Baked fries:

Ingredients for the potato:

  •  5 to 7 potato washed and cut into wedges    

  • Salt as preferred    

  • 2 tablespoon black pepper    

  • 2 tablespoon cumin 

  • 2 tablespoons sumacs 

  • 6 to 7 tablespoons olive oil  

Instruction for the potato:

Heat the oven to 400 degrees.


Wash the potato and cut into wedges leaving the skin on.

Add them into a greased cookie sheet. Greased with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Add salt, black pepper, cumin, sumacs, and olive oil mix well and organize the potatoes in rows in a cookies sheet.


Put in the oven for about 30 to 40 minute or until cook



Chicken bread buns:

Ingredient for the chicken buns:

  • 4 cups white flour 

  • 2 cups of warm water 

  • 2 teaspoons yeasts 

  • 1 tablespoon sugars 

  • 1 tablespoon salts 

  • 7 tablespoon olive oil 

  • 1 egg  

  • 1/4  cup Black Seed or Sesame Seed

Instruction for the Dough:

In a bowl add 1 cup of warm water 105F-115F degrees add the yeasts, sugar and leave it for 3 to 4 minutes to rise.

In another bowl add the white flour, olive oil, salt, 1 cup warm water and add the yeasts mix. Mix the ingredient well and knead the dough.

In the bottom of the bowl add ½ tablespoon of olive oil then add the knead dough on top, cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces of round shape and place it on a cookie sheet and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Crack the egg in a small bowl and use it to brush over the 12 pieces of bread

Bake in a heated oven of 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Corn on the cob


  • 5 to 6 fresh corn on the cob or the desired amount

  • Salt as preferred 

  • black pepper as preferred


Bring the water to a boil, add the peeled corn on the cob. Cover the pot and return to a boil. let it cook for 5-7 minutes or more as you prefer.
