Kofta (Meatballs) with Tomato Sauce

I like to cook kofta with rich tomatoes sauce and serve it with basmati rice, you can also serve it with spaghetti, couscous and quinoa. Kofta is comparable to meatballs and served internationally with different names, with the main ingredient minced meat rolled into small balls and with additional ingredient used depending on different nationalities or countries the recipe is made. Kofta or meatballs is loved by young and old, it is simple and delicious recipe, can be ate in so many ways, it can be served as an appetizer, into a meal, into a soup and as a snack. Meatballs can be grilled, fried, baked and boiled. Meatballs is international dish, it is cooked all over the world in many ways.

My children love this dish and they like to eat it with spaghetti more than rice. If I ever want to put smile on their faces, then this dish is it.
