Stuffed Meat Loaf

  • 1 lb. of ground meat

  • 1 white Onion chopped

  • 1 red onion chopped

  • 4 clove garlic chopped

  • ½ hot pepper chopped

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger

  • 1 green tomato

  • 3 small potatoes boiled

  • 3 eggs boiled

  • 2 cups of mushroom chopped

  • 1 cup of black olives chopped

  • ¼ cup pine nuts

  • ¼ cup of pumpkin seed

  • 4 to 5 Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 tablespoon cumin

  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon garam marsala

  • Salt as preferred

  • ½ cup of flour

  • 1 egg 

  • ¼ cup of crispy fried onions



In a blender chop the white and red onion, garlic, ginger, hot pepper, and green tomato.



Then add these ingredients to ground meat.




Add the cumin, nutmeg, black pepper, garam masala and salt

Add the egg, flour, and crispy fried onions.




Take a wax paper make rectangular shape and spread the ground meat mix into the wax paper as a rectangular shape.



Spread the mushroom, olives on the flatted ground meat mix


Then organize the potatoes and eggs in even row. 


Roll the meat mix and make cylinder shape, put it in cookie sheet



On the top of the meat loaf add pine nuts, pumpkin seed and Brussel sprouts



Heat the oven to 400 degrees and put the meat loaf in the oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until is golden brown.
